Paris is first and foremost an adventurer, explorer and empath of the human endeavor. He is forever seeking ways to improve the circumstances of others – trying to accomplish this always from their perspective and in their context; considering their dreams and aspirations, their nostalgia, culture, conditions, and life-experience.

Leveraging these passions and his talents and training; Paris founded XONITEK as an Operations Management consultancy firm specializing in Operational Excellence (Leadership, Culture Change, and Lean / Six-Sigma) – with an emphasis on creating a corporate environment where; true transformational change is pervasive and innovation embraced, sustainable results shall be achieved, the human condition will be elevated, and the significant benefit to the company for attaining this will be realized.

In addition to his responsibilities as Chairman of the XONITEK Group of Companies; Paris is a thought-leader and a
prolific writer on the subject of Operational Excellence. He is sought by companies and academia to explore and
address the challenges and opportunities of today and illuminate and predict those of tomorrow. He is highly valued
for his ability to provide strategic analysis and tactical insight.

Paris currently serves on the Board of the Systems Science and Industrial Engineering (SSIE) Department at the
Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University – and also on the Board of the Institute of Industrial Engineers
(IIE) Process Industries Division (PID) and on the Editorial Board of the Lean Management Journal. He is an active
member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Paris is also the Founder of the Operational Excellence Society – now with thousands of members belonging to
Chapters in several cities around the world. He is also the owner of the Operational Excellence group on Linked-In
with over 40,000 members and where all manner of open discussion and opportunities related to the improvement in
the circumstances of the human endeavor are welcome.

Richmond J. Hulse is an executive focused on excellence. Hulse has over 17 years of executive level business development experience building high performance consulting practices through the alignment of best in class, subject matter consulting expertise with the voice and needs of the client. When a company has the opportunity to see and experience working with Mr. Hulse, the ultimate result is revenue driven by a satisfied client.

Hulse has been a member of the XONITEK team since 2005 and heads up all business development activities and initiatives for the firm worldwide. With a steady hand and relentless pursuit of delivering client value, Mr. Hulse continuously seeks to listen and understand the current state of a clients situation and assist them with creating a vision and, ultimately, guiding them through to achieve the agreed upon future state. Because of this unique ability, Mr. Hulse has been described by many as a “Trusted Advisor” and a strategic resource for many household names such as Citrix, Microsoft, International Paper, etc…

Hulse’s executive experience ranges from Director to Owner/Partner to Senior VP and gives him the rare ability to understand and overcome the new and unique business development challenges that many firms face today. Over the past 17 years, Mr. Hulse has built a personal and professional network of key/COI (Center of Influence) relationships which creates significant value when developing and orchestrating complex consulting projects and partnerships.

Hulse is a long standing member of the Sigma Tau Gamma National Brotherhood whose principles are: Value, Learning, Leadership, Excellence, Benefit & Integrity. These principles are core to Hulse’s being and are the life building blocks and key qualities that have lead to the professional and personal success in his life.

Hulse holds a Bachelors of Science in Economics from the State University of New York and has spent his free time volunteering his industry experience supporting and fund-raising for the S.P.C.A., National Cancer Society and the Susan G. Komen Fund. Additionally, Hulse and his wife dedicate a great deal of their time and resources towards supporting and bettering the educational experience of less fortunate students of their local school district.
