Telephone System and Numbers - PLEASE

 XONITEK Corporation (USA) has
experienced a considerable expansion over the last
several months. Unfortunately, not all of our
locations have the telecommunications technology
available to support the needs of the
company.
As a result - and in order to better support our
clients and our business partners - XONITEK Corporation
(USA) is deploying a new telephony system which will
facilitate the communication and collaboration of the
resources throughout the XONITEK Value-Chain.
During the month of July, we will be bringing the
new systems on-line and attriting the old systems.
Whilst the old numbers will remain active during this
period, there will be some reliability issues.
Our expectation is that only the old
numbers will experience these reliability
issues. Our testing of the new system has
proved it to be very reliable - with the only real
difficulties being its unfamiliarity with the
differences.
Effective August
1st, 2009 all other incoming lines will be
disconnected. Please update your
records.
Our plan is to incorporate all international
offices into this system during the month of August -
during which time we will make every effort to
communicate with you. All international offices
will have telephone numbers assigned that are within the
country in which they are located.
